DEEP CLEAN Service: We only clean carpets using a DEEP CLEAN steam cleaning method that uses all Green Cleansers and up to 250 degree steam for the deepest possible clean. The other major cleaning method that other cleaning companies use is the "Dry" method (also known as the Bonnet Method) in which a chemical that attracts dirt is sprayed on your carpet and then a cotton, absorbent buffing pad is used to buff the top of the carpet and soak up the chemical along with the dirt it has collected. Inevitably, excessive chemical residue is left on your carpet since there is no rinsing process. Since the chemicals are designed to attract dirt, so your carpets are left with a tacky residue and get dirty very quickly after cleaning.
We use a fourteen step process for every carpet we clean.
- Pre-inspection of carpet. Our technician will walk through your home with you to visually inspect the carpet.
- Testing and analysis of carpet material and backing. We test your carpet to positively identify the carpet type (wool, poly-olefin, polypropylene, etc.).
- We then select the right GREENCLEAN carpet cleaning solutions that is right for the types of carpeting you own.
- Furniture moving. Our regular pricing includes moving chairs, smaller sofas, tables and smaller items. Beds, dressers, entertainment centers, heavy sofas and heavier pieces are left in place. If you want to move heavier pieces, please call for an estimate. After cleaning, we place special protectors under your furniture legs to prevent them from staining the damp carpet.
- Vacuuming of all carpeted areas, if necessary. Removing dry soil by vacuuming is one of the most important steps in cleaning. We use a high-end HEPA filtered vacuum that helps remove up to 75% of loose, dry soil and particulates from your carpeting. The HEPA filter helps to remove dust and allergen particles down to 2 microns in size.
- Pre-spray carpets. A preconditioning agent is applied to help break down traffic area soil and general spots for a more thorough cleaning.
- Pre-spot carpets. Difficult spots are pre-treated with special solutions to increase chance of removal.
- Pre-grooming. A professional carpet groomer is used to help work in the pre-spray solution and to further loosen the ground-in soil.
- Steam extraction, rinse and vacuum. The hotter the steam, the better the clean! Our powerful, truck-mounted cleaning equipment creates STEAM up to 250 degrees F. Our experience has shown us that the hotter the steam, the better the cleaning results, whether you are cleaning your dishes, laundry or carpets! Portable carpet cleaning machines just don't have the power and can't get carpets as clean. Finally, our high end vacuum system ensures carpets will be dry in 2-8 hours, depending upon carpet type, humidity, ventilation and airflow.
- Neutralizing Rinse. Every carpet we clean is rinsed properly so there is no sticky residue left behind. We leave your carpet soft and fresh and it stays cleaner longer. If our carpets were cleaned by another cleaner, and then they got dirty really, really fast or spots reappeared, then a likely cause is that the carpets were improperly rinsed with just water or not rinsed at all (e.g. bonnet method). The reason why the carpet gets dirty really fast is that high alkaline/high pH chemicals were left on your carpet and these chemicals tend to attract dirt and soil because most dirt and soil is a low pH. Like two magnets, high pH chemicals attract low pH dirt and soil and they stick to each other making it difficult to vacuum up the dirt and soil.
- Post Spot treatment. Any spots still remaining will get extra treatment with our many specialty spotting solutions. Note: Not all stains are removable. Permanent stains identified by our technician may not be removable.
- Speed Dry. High velocity air movers are placed on the carpet immediately after cleaning to promote faster drying, if needed.
- Post Groom. Your carpet is groomed with a professional groomer so that the pile of your carpet is standing tall when we leave. Post grooming helps the carpet pile dry faster and restores the appearance of the carpet.
- Post Cleaning Inspection. Our technician will walk through your home with you to point out the cleaning results and ensure your 100% complete satisfaction with the job.

Restaurant/Commercial Carpet Cleaning (cleaning more often than every six months): Call for pricing.
No "Bait-and-Switch" guarantee! The pricing you see here is the pricing we charge for the best DEEP CLEAN service. Other carpet cleaning companies advertise an impossibly low price, such as $6.95 per room. When they arrive at your home, they then tell you that the offer advertised is "only cleaning with water.....what you really need is our deep clean method" which is $75 (or more) per room. Don't be a victim to their tactics. Always check the Better Business Bureau before bringing a company into your home!
Scotchgard Protectorant. Most carpet fibers are basically constructed out of special types of plastic. As you walk over the carpet, the plastic fibers are abraded. As a result, the plastic fibers in traffic areas appear "duller" because the abraded fibers do not reflect light the same as the surrounding plastic fibers. By applying Scotchgard to the carpet, it surround and protects the carpet fibers from abrasion. So, your carpets look newer longer. The second, better-known property of Scotchgard is it provides stain resistance. Since the Scotchgard surrounds the carpet fibers with a teflon-type coating, it prevents stains from penetrating the carpet fibers, which makes them much, much easier to remove.
Note: We only use and recommend Scotchgard protectorant, as Scotchgard was reformulated by the 3M Corporation in 2000 to remove fluro-chemicals. Fluro-chemicals produce off-gassing as the protectorant dries and that pollutes your indoor air quality. Other protectorants may contain these fluro-chemicals.
Pricing: For Scotchgard Protectorant, add $9 for a setup charge plus $10 - $15 per room, depending on size.
TILE and GROUT CLEANING: Priced by the square foot. Our price is 75 cents per square foot for cleaning tile & grout. If you would like the grout sealed, which is recommended at a minimum in traffic areas, then we charge for sealing the grout 50 cents per square foot.
FURNITURE CLEANING:We clean all fabric types, except leather:
- Sofa: A normal size sofa is $99 to clean. Note: "Normal size sofa" is defined as 84 inches long by 32 inches deep with three back pillows and three seat cushions.
- Loveseat: A normal size loveseat is $79 to clean.
- Chairs: A large chair or recliner is $59 to clean, while smaller chairs are $49.
- Kitchen chair bottom cushion only: $12 per cushion.
- Throw pillows: $5 for small pillows to $10 for large pillows.
- Sectional sofas: Priced by seat (not section) at $35 per seating section. For example, a five seat sectional sofa would be 5 x $35 = $165 (approximate size of a regular sofa and a loveseat).
Prices above are estimates and may be higher or lower depending upon size of furniture, number of pillows, time needed to remove excessive staining and other factors.
