So, ask your other carpet cleaner -- "How hot does your steam get?" Remember, the hotter the steam, the better the clean.

Our high-end carpet cleaning equipment comes with a high-capacity vacuum system that pulls the majority of the steam/water we put down on your carpet back out. Plus, since we are using higher temperature steam than most other carpet cleaners, we don't have to use as much moisture to get the same cleaning effect, which equates to faster dry times.
• GREENCLEAN means we always rinse your carpets with a safe, pH-neutralizing rinse that neutralizes any cleansers to help keep your carpets cleaner longer. We have received many reports of customers of other companies who have had their carpets cleaned and then within weeks the carpets are dirty again! This can be due to improper rinsing, as any cleansers left on your carpet and not properly neutralized will attract dirt and soil like a magnet, which results in rapid resoiling. Good for the carpet cleaning company because you have to call them out again, but bad for you!
• GREENCLEAN means all our techicians are IICRC trained and certified. Being IICRC certified is a voluntary process, as the carpet cleaning industry is very unregulated and there is no licensing requirement. In other words, "any Joe with a van" can start a carpet cleaning company. But, IICRC certification is one of the signs of a true professional.
